It's Glow Time

A complete skincare regimen includes fine care of the body as well as the face.  Keeping it exfoliated, hydrated and protected radiates health and excellent self-care.  Quite simply it is feeling good in one’s own skin.  Here’s how to work it.

Dry Brush:

The fist step is dry brushing.  According to Francesca Fusco, M.D., a dermatologist in New York City, “gentle dry brushing will slough off dead, dry skin, improving its appearance and allowing it to hydrate more efficiently when moisturizer is applied afterward.”- Shape Magazine

Exfoliating Gloves:

Once a week remove more dead cells from the skin’s surface. Fancy exfoliant scrubs assist this process, but are not necessary. Use soap and water to keep it simple and easy to repeat.
